Email Notifications
We do our best to send email notifications at each stage of your order processing to keep you informed. You should receive an email as soon as your order is placed, and again when your has shipped, complete with a tracking number.
How do I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. If your part is in stock, tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out. If your product is not immediately available or is on backorder, a parts specialist will be in touch to consult with you regarding the timeline of your shipment.
I'd like an update on my order
If at any time you'd like an update on your order, simply send an email with your order number to orders@wheelwell.com and we'll update you as quickly as we can.
